Setup Process:
- Client provides access to email account and calendar (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
- You create standard operating procedures document
- Establish communication preferences and response templates
- Set up shared access to scheduling tools (Calendly, Acuity, etc.)
Daily Workflow:
- Morning: Review overnight emails and update calendar
- Process emails according to priority system
- Schedule any new appointments
- Send daily summary of actions taken
- Evening: Prepare next day’s priorities
Tools You’d Use:
- Email platforms: Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail
- Calendar apps: Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar
- Scheduling tools: Calendly, Acuity Scheduling
